Snapchat/Instagram Stories changed the way we share/consume posts in social media. So in addition to your main content, you could use it to feature something or to promote your company or product.
Most people use Stories for this, as a new channel to broadcast content no matter what it is. But there something more than that inside Stories.
Let’s make a campaign which lasts for 3 days in which you are going to post stories everyday or once a day. before that just go and export your followers list and save it to an Excel sheet. Each day & before your story expires go and see who watched it and then write +1 near their name in your list. You might find new users which are not following you, add them to that list as well in a different color.
After that period go to your new users which are not following you and contact them if they watched your stories many time. Thank them for their interest and let them know that you are here to answer any question.
You could contact users which already follows you, especially the ones whom watched all your stories. You could also give the ones you contacted a promotion or a discount so they feel special.
If you have a company, or a product, you need to stay close to your customers and to make them feel special because they are the fuel that keeps you going.
